Once we receive your feedback, we will assess the complaint and provide you with a mutually agreeable solution.

 Refund Eligibility:

Lenora Enterprises Pty Ltd is happy to refund your money if the products are spoilt, incorrect or otherwise unfit for consumption.

Lenora Enterprises Pty Ltd will reimburse you the funds in the same way you made the purchase.  For example, if you paid by using Stripe or Paypal, we will refund you via the same platform.
